Old stable at twilight

After I'd finished writing for the day (and before I cooked dinner) I took the dog out down the Rabbity. There's an old abandoned shed at the top of the path and since I'd just been looking at the work of Anna King, a Scots artist who is drawn to neglected spaces I stopped to look at it properly.
Even though I pass it every day, I found myself thinking about these spaces which were once useful.
This was a stable for a brief period. There's been neigh horses there for years.
These neglected buildings ate all around you once you start to look. Anna manages to imbue them with a rather stark loveliness so I thought I'd stop and Blip.
