Neglected

It appears the best way for plants to survive in my garden is to neglect them. This hanging basket in rusty chains has been in situ for about 6 years and never once touched. It's flowers every year. My patio tubs that I love and tend to regularly seem to have dead plants constantly. I'm definitely not a great gardener
