Hello guys a strange day today.


hope your all well :) oh and I almost I forgot, I gained half a pound at ww today! not happy in the slightest all that hard work, and I did nothing differently, my ww leader said it could be my PCOS or because of all the painkillers I have had! or the last thing was I didnt eat enough! watch this space guys, this weight is coming off! more importantly I did another walk on my own :) and we had a wonderful drive around the countryside :)
