First daffodils in the park

The daffodils in Bitts Park (Carlisle) are just starting to come out. Chloe was encouraged to 'pose' by running up and down this bank - but I noticed that some flowers had got damaged although not just by Chloe of course. This did seem a pity so I rescued the broken ones which are now looking happier in a varse in the kitchen. Luckily no one saw me and accused me of picking them.
The sun seems to have gone south today!
