Prayer Workshop And Praise

Tonight's prayer workshop session was focused on specific things we can do to maximize our effectiveness in our individual prayerfields.  After Micah led us in a time of praise, Vicky's husband, John, shared with us his own personal experience with a prayerfield at his workplace when he was working in Israel.  Then, Vicky demonstrated how we could use specific passages of Scripture to pray. and gave us a few minutes to put it into practice with a partner.  We finished the session by breaking into larger groups to focus on praying specifically for things like our schools, our government,  missions and the poor and homeless.  A thought-provoking evening, indeed.......
