Abstract Thursday...Fill the Frame

I found Ingeborg's example of filling the frame very helpful, so I have attempted to do the same, no faffing this week just a tight crop.....original in extras....thanks Ingeborg:)
A sunny morning but chilly, excercise class on line but my stamina was not good today and I struggled! Needed to go shopping but waited in for an expected parcel which was delivered late afternoon.....consequently, a late visit to the supermarket.... all was quiet, school holidays.
