Test bread

Franske nytelser (French Delights) is a new bakery in Trondheim. It has been a little unclear when they will open so I went by today. I found a note on the door that said they will open next Friday. While I was reading it the door opened and the baker, herself, asked me if I wanted a bread. She then told me that she had just, as a test, baked the first batch of bread in the new oven. She was very happy to see that the oven worked fine.
