Exhibit A

Well, m' lud ...

Cooriedog is occasionally left in the house on her own. For short periods. And her needs are catered for. After all, she is not really a puppy any more and should be capable of such responsibilities.

The jacket, whose value we can put well into three figures was draped over a chair when we left. When we came back the jacket was on the floor.

When we left, there were some doggy treats in one of the pockets. These were of very little value - only a few pence.

When we came back, we noticed some damage to the zip. It has been destroyed and a small tunnel had appeared through the outer fabric into the inner lining and finishing in the pocket. There were no longer any treats in the pocket.

While the evidence might be circumstantial, m'lud, we ask you find Corriedog guilty of wanton damage by failing to enter the pocket at the normal entrance.
