Hoya

Given to me in 1984...never been repotted...travelled across this country more times than many people--from Ottawa, to Toronto, to Halifax, back to Toronto, to Vancouver, to Victoria, back to Halifax, and then back to Victoria. It has survived being stuck in the back of moving trucks for weeks at a time, and still continues to bloom  off and on. Although the flowers are not showy unless you look closely, they are wonderfully scented--I'll come into the room some evening and find the place filled with exotic scent, and I'll know the hoya is blooming...
