stirring the spoons

I haven't blipped for quite a while - as I have been fighting some health issues!! Very Recently I have had some news that a treatment I've been on has kick- started my bone marrow, enough to give me some hope for the immediate future ?? 
I always think one can rely on the writings on the wall for life's hick-ups and I thought this poster I found in London Street, Lyttelton was appropriate to the stir-up my bones have had recently !!!!
