Windswept

No pigeons to be seen sitting in the birch today, they’d been blown away. Not really allotment weather and my golf lesson was cancelled so mostly just hung around the house doing nothing much. Today’s Guardian has been read cover to cover though. A couple of totally unconnected news items gave pause for thought; in Scotland we’ve hit 10,000 covid deaths among a total population of only 5 and a half million; in the US some politicians are saying that the ‘quality’ of votes should count, not just the quantity. Mmm.
On a far happier note, we had fish fingers and mash for our tea!
