Textures

With one thing and another the day disappeared so I was in danger of being blipless. I took Pepper out late afternoon and spotted this stick leaning against our back door; John always takes a stick with him on walks for beating down nettles etc.  I noted the contrasting textures and reached for the phone camera.... There's always a blip somewhere.

Interesting evening meeting with a small group from Camera Club. We've been working on minimalism as our photographic challenge. Lovely to talk to like minded people and learn from what they do.
