The Most Tattooed Man In Britain

This is Body Art, formerly known as Mathew Whelan. I bumped into Mr Art in Birmingham city centre today whilst he was being photographed for The Sun newspaper and he holds the distinguished title of being the most tattooed man in Britain. As a former wrestler he should be no stranger to pain - although I'm pretty sure he must have winced once or twice as he was having his eyeball tattooed!
