Alexandra Eve

I suspect this the first of many photos of our newest granddaughter at a day shy of three weeks old.  She is a big fan of her bath as you can see here.  I just can't get enough of holding her.  It appears that I will be hanging around until next Thursday to help out as her mother is quite worn out.  It will be a labor of love. 

We walked over this morning and back this evening and I have logged 21,000 steps so I am feeling a bit weary.  It was a beautiful day and NYC is always interesting so I hardly noticed the distance until I got home and kicked off my shoes.  Some tired dogs!
