Hunt the Wren

I never thought of the wren as a coastal bird, but we saw a few on the beach at Cambo. This one thought itself safe enough under some washed up rubbish to pose for a picture.

Mrs P and I walked from the car park at Cambo Sands towards Fife Ness and back, with a detour into the gardens at Cambo Estate. Their speciality is snowdrops and they are well worth a visit at this time of year.
