Elbows, Epping & The Duke of Edinburgh

I got up early to work so that I could grab a couple of hours to walk in Epping with Elbows and Dot.T.

We were there when we heard the news about Prince Philip. What a remarkable man he was. Elbows has met him a few times. And he has a few funny accounts of conversations.

Some of the kids have done the D of E Awards. Dot.T was due to be awarded her Gold at the Palace as soon as Covid restrictions allowed.

We met one of his long-serving bodyguards once and that was really really interesting.

So I feel sad; sad for the Queen. And I wonder what he thought of Jesus. He was certainly thought of as a man of faith.
