Well the good lady was away getting her hair done so out and about earlier than usual.
I decided to go for a decent walk to see how my foot would cope with that. Took it easy and managed six miles plus up to top of Braid Hills with a couple of detours. Weather was beautiful but cool at times and foot was fine so all good.
