Millionaires shortbread.

I mentioned I was making this for A's birthday last week, they were a bit late but they didn't last long. It's my first time making caramel, too. 


I used this recipe from Basics with Babish although I used golden syrup instead as I'm not sure we can get corn syrup here and it tastes better too. Took a bit of conversion though, cup measurements are deeply confusing to me.
