Perthshire beach!

Another frosty morn! Brrrr! Glorious morning sun from early doors though!

It’s been a day of huge snowflakes showers and sunshine! Bitter cold, mind to it as cold as yesterday or is that cos I wore a hat on my walk today?!

It’s a delightful walk through the woods and along the riverbank, it’s surprisingly close to the main A9 road northwards in some parts the traffic noise is heard not too much though to spoil it
I didn’t meet any humans on the walk only 3 mallard drakes and a duck walking over the field, heading the away from the water, think she was leading them astray! :)

Lovely wild flowers blooming wild anemones I believe, see extra

After the tree area, and into the open field the soil is very sandy, there are many wild daffodils growing sporadically along the bank

Prince Philip funeral is on 17th April, and because of Covid restrictions it will be mainly a family affair at Windsor Castle.
Many lovely tributes have been laid by many world wide
Catch up with Edinburgh pal of many years again, neither of us had a better Saturday night offer! :) we had a good blether!

A good Saturday All in all
