For the record, I fell in love again with the Capilano-Pacific trail. Used to run here. Maybe one day I will be running again - I missed that when I walked the trail this morning. I'm also learning to appreciate the (hopefully temporary) stay-at-home time I'm having now. I still keep up my to-do lists - todays almost "tick" was the family doctor. I'm amazed that the reception lady remembered us and - even more - remembered the correct spelling of my kids' family name just like that.

Good news about our sea cargo, yay!
