It has been trying to snow most of the day, and succeeded occasionally, but nothing that would lie..... it is quite pleasant to watch the showers, even when it is sunny......

On line church service today, followed by lunch by HG and then off to the surgery for our second Covid vaccine, all very well organised, no waiting, and our own doctor administering.  We have known him since he came to our surgery, a very young doctor from Canada, and our first experience of him was when we called him out when Cali as a baby had bad earache.  We were very impressed with him then, and are still impressed with him now all these years later.  He is ready to retire now, but is keeping going because of the pandemic.

The garden birds have been very active today, and this great tit seemed to be the boss.
