Bench with a view

Not my usual empty bench today sister M was happy to sit and watch the sea (Coda is somewhere there too)
This is Andre's bench in memory of our neighbour, and also his late brother.
And goddaughter K is unstoppable. She broke the SA and World record in the 150m medley this morning. She swims the final tonight... I really don't think she can improve her time again!!
I had tears in my eyes when I saw her getting out of the pool and into her wheelchair after the race.
