Elusive

It's cold and I'm working from home. 
I had a health check with a nurse at my heath centre. Routine. BP was 187-114. Hmm. Explained it has been too high for 6 years and the doctor has yet to give me medication to control it. She has booked me in for a blood test on Monday. 
A quick visit to the park and back again. I managed to get one shot off when I spotted this nuthatch. They really are elusive little buggers.
