Found this earlier today as was having another tidy and clear out. Couldn't believe it showed up again.

Oh how I loved this show Blue Peter.
Once I put a recipe in for Chocolate Cherry Cookies got the badge and a certificate to say I entered I was well chuffed and about 6/7 years old I think.
