WalkingSA Launch

Just in case you thought at OGH was my sole purpose in life these days - you'd be wrong.

I'm still Secretary of Friends of Belair, so it was in that capacity I helped man the marquee for the Friends yesterday.  The Walking SA season launch is always quite a big thing, and we have a marquee most years.

This year we sold $350 worth of cards; gave away roughly 100 brochures, and 150 book marks.  Talked to hundreds of people and hopefully convinced a few of them to join us in bush care.  

My joints won't let me do bush care any more, which is why I mostly restrict my activities to OGH.
