Golden.....

There was a low bank of clouds to the east early this morning. As the sun struggled to rise behind the clouds it’s golden glow shone through. It’s the best part of the day. I went to computer training this morning. My lower back pain had arisen so I left class earlier than planned. Just as well as Keith was feeling ill and indeed he developed a nasty stomach upset this evening. Duncan had taken him out during the afternoon ... a nice outing. Duncan and Bryan the Birman returned to Mahakipawa late afternoon.
