After April snow

Well that was very cold night, with a late snow storm followed by a hard frost. Great for melting drops of ice this morning though. I love the little world that's hinted at in the blue drop on a tulip leaf. The other drop is a captured bit of plant detritus, maybe a bud casing, that had been trapped in the snow. 

Thanks to everyone for so many lovely encouraging comments and much appreciated stars and hearts for yesterday's new garden blip. I'm loving the discipline of daily blipping and seeing such different journals around Blipfoto, what a wonderful community, I'm so glad I found you! (Thanks to Guardian photos).
