Raw Mushrooms

I felt it appropriate to use the Raw setting on the iPhone.
You say Portabella and I say Portobello and they are both acceptable, so we will call the whole thing off. And we must agree that they are heart healthy, in this particular case.

The white mushroom reminded me of Thalia, the Muse of Comedy.
