Dave thinks his walk was so good he wants to taste it.

Lots of walking today starting with a trip to the pool. After our 6.30am swim my buddy and I drove to Beachy Head for coffee. He has lived here for 14 years and hadn’t been there before. I showed him the iconic view of the lighthouse. It was beautiful up there around 8am, much better than yesterday’s snow. We popped in to see Martin at work too.

I took Team Beagle to Abbots Wood then Team Terrier to the country park. That’s enough exercise until tomorrow!
