Early starts

Sleep still interrupted by some howling, think it is slowly getting better though. The (somewhat delayed) Snuggle Puppy arrived today, maybe that will help.

So plenty of time enjoying the early morning light in the garden!

Not much else to say, back in the gym for the first time today, then WFH and dealing with a puppy that's full of mischief.
