Sleepless in Settle

A stunning drive on a cold (-2c) and frosty morning through the Scottish borders to Moffat and down the M6 to sunny Manchester (15C!) where after much humming and hawing and tutting by the dealer we successfully offloaded our Camp-let trailer tent. Given the mildew on the inner tent and the tree sap on the outer, I reckon we got a decent price for it. Then back north to Settle and our very comfortable Lion Hotel. A huge meal, a couple of pints of fine English beer (Thwaites Original), and all that excitement - hardly slept a wink.
