Silver Birch

Wee walk down to the local shop for the basics, been a while since for going there during the day as I usually go there on my evening circuit walk.

Lovely walk back thru the wee woodland, with it all to myself apart from birds, beasties & bluebells beginning to open.

The light was catching the silver birch with their hanging catkins & tiny leaves beginning to open.

Felt better after yesterday's rest & deciding to take it easy for the rest of the day.

Looking forward to watching new series of the Sewing Bee tonight.
