Larvae

Found this in a bucket which I was saving some Tadpoles from the Newts.
It was very small and must have been transferred as an egg in the pond weed. 
Could be the  larvae of a Diving Beetle or a Dragon Fly. I netted it out and put in a separate container. It disappeared, so  presume a bird had it for a snack.
