Low tide

First thing I did this morning was find somewhere to stay near Mum's so we can go to see her when allowed, seeing as we aen't allowed to stay with her. I managed to found a house free for 4 nights from the first possible date, and just a few minutes walk from her. 
It'll mean we can see her for several short visits and take her out in the wheelchair, weather permitting.
Then Mr Rat and I went across the river for a run along the coast path - and if that sounds flat it isn't, there are lots of short, sharp hills. Cold and bright through fields, woods and along the shore and this was the view we had when we parked.
Lunch was quite late and after I took my sewing into the garden.
