(Not so) Common Prayer

Am reading poems based on the psalms at the moment and the poet recommends reading the corresponding Psalm for each one in Coverdale’s translation (which are what were used in the original common prayer book). So I found a reasonably priced copy online (£10) but not many details about the book but ordered it anyway, from an independent company. Was so surprised today when I opened it - firstly how small it is, but secondly the inscription on the inside (extra) dates it to 1872! Had no idea this copy was that old, and I love the cover - leather binding, and the clasp, and the cover is almost like ivory, with gold edges to the paper... if only all books were made with such detail!
