St Andrews

We went for a drive to St Andrews today. We told Orla that this was where Mum went on holiday when she was her age so she was very excited. We took and ate it in the car as it's still quite cold. We made sure we had at least a partial view of the sea.

After lunch we went for a walk along the west beach, shown in the photo. This is the famous beach featured in Chariots Of Fire. Orla had fun building sand castles.

It was quite a long drive back so we stopped at Cupar to let Orla go on the playground. She went on a tunnel slide again so she must be getting over her previous fear of them. She did it a second time in return for additional playtime. Easily bribed!
