Oven Ready

Normally geese owners would be making sure at this time of year that their geese were well-fed. In two weeks it is 11th November, St Martin's Day and traditionally Roast Goose day on the last day of the agricultural year. Geese were too expensive to keep over winter.

Heim & Tückisch will however not meet this fate!
