Blip 101

Thank you to everone for all the stars, hearts and comments yesterday. My 101st blip was taken over breakfast this morning and captures the sunlight coming through the kitchen window. This afternoon was spent on the beach at Looe in Cornwall with the family. Before we left I took a few quick photos of Looe Island (see today's extra). Accoring to legend, Joseph of Aramathea, who was the uncle of Jesus came here on a trading voyage to buy Cornish tin. He brought the young Jesus withi him and according to the legend he walked on the beach of Looe Island. At one time there was a chapel known as Lammana Chapel on the mainland overlooking the Island. The monks here would row pilgrims across the water to the Island, where the remains of another small chapel are located.
