The New Millennium

This brazier was one of a national chain that was lit to celebrate the Millennium. The viewing point is overlooking the River Wye at Ross-on-Wye. It is a pretty spot adjacent to a churchyard and seems popular with younger people enjoying a joint as the sun sets. Strangely there are no drinkers and very little rubbish.
