Sunny swim

Not sure i could have asked for a better start to the day than an earlyish morning swim in the sunshine. Francis and Chris joined me and Fiona so we headed to Blackheath after for lunch and coffee on the heath in the sun.
This afternoon is going to be spent do a really  boring and tedious CPD audit. Very dull but will be balanced with Sophie and Helen coming over this evening for Aperol and fire while Francis is out with the band.
