Carousel at the End of State Street

After almost two years of blipping every day, I have missed two days. I just felt so tired of looking for a blip in the rain and gloom. But today was beautiful and I took a walk at lunch, from my office to the river and back. I took several pictures shown here, but this one I thought the most eye-catching.
