Bourton sunshine, spring flowers and blue skies

Physio this morning. Two weeks ago I did something to my right foot that means the heel is agony to walk on after resting. The symptoms are plantar fasciitis like. My physio had a good feel and rub and even a prod with acupuncture needles. Hoping it starts to ease in the next few days and I will do the exercises she gave me religiously.

However,  I cannot do anything but smile in these beautiful surroundings especially as the people on the green (extra) were socially distancing nicely.
