So, after witnessing the carnage left by the young team with all the rubbish left at the weekend, MrsT had arranged via a local litter picking group to go up this evening for the tidy up works.

I popped up this morning with the intention of just making a start but a few hours later I’d managed to bag 3 garden refuse bags, 5 bags for life and the 4 collapsible chairs.

Then, the tricky part was getting all the rubbish back down to the entrance. I managed 4 bags for life so MrsT and the litter group are going back tonight to bring down the remainder.

It was strangely therapeutic clearing the site, but let’s hope they don’t go back next week and do it all over again.
