I saw him/her coming from a block away. 
Hopeful that I would catch a portion of the personality, here is the result.

Continuing with my latest interest in covert intentional camera movement.
Looking away and shot from the hip, at .8 sec, 18mm lens and an ND darkening
filter.
This guy has a glowing personality.
