Shingle

Today was warm but overcast.  While my wife was leading a new local walking group with our son I concentrated on sorting the house out in the morning and went to the beach at Findhorn in the afternoon.  The gorse was in full bloom and smelling like coconuts which made the outing feel more tropical.  The tide was coming in so there want much flat beach to walk along but we were able to play along the shore, dodging the waves and skimming stones.  We were looking for interesting stones and shells amongst the shingle and I took this photo.
