Jack Don't Be Nimble Don't Be Quick

I'm fond of Jack heron, he's a major Lakeside character but I wasn't as pleased as I usually am to see him because I know that he will feast on ducklings if he gets the chance.

I was delighted to see another brood of ten this afternoon. (Extras) One of the ducklings has dark brown down without any yellow markings.
