Omelette

Omelette with tomato powder and herbes de Provence, spinach, walnut sourdough, and charcuterie leftovers. Wine: Fess Parker Viognier Santa Barbara County 2018.

This made for a very good dinner. The wine was better than anticipated, with nice stone fruit and a touch of malolactic (yes, the winery was started by the Davey Crockett actor).

We also had an excellent lunch out (which we haven't done since the fire evacuation last Spring) after my husband finally got his first vaccination shot. We had a 40 minute drive to Long Beach for his appointment. Afterward we stopped at a favorite Greek restaurant we knew of from when we lived nearby.
