I'm in agony

and think I have tennis elbow ! I can't play tennis  but have had the racket for about 65 years !!
It came in handy for a Blip anyway.I can barely move my arm.
I  think it's with  playing on this tablet non stop.

I'm off to take some tablets of a different kind !
