up early for work then off to Bookers and Costco for more bits. In the meantime mt PT Sofia got in touch to say she was passing me over to Megan. So megan contacted me and we made an appointment for 1pm in the gym. My first session will be next Thursday.  Home and lunch and reading this afternoon.
In between all this I managed some ironing and when I looked up there was a very nice adult fox in the garden. Where is the camera when you need it???. Then there was a lot of bird activity collecting nesting material. Spotted a blue tit near the composter and when I cropped it noticed there were 2. Best viewed large to see them. so in the garden today  for about an hour were pigeons, blue tits, great tit, blackbird, goldfinch
