... at Sikehead Lead Mines - Edmondbyers Common.  A ride down to Stapleton via the A68 and then back via Weardale.  Great day but a bit gloomy from Stanhope north.

And, playing on Radio Sandhoe today:  The Chieftans - Tristan and Isolde: Love Theme (as featured in Under Solen which we watched last night on Netflix - very enjoyable, gentle film based on an H E Bates short story).
